Box Office Policy
General Ticket Policy
Requests will be filled in the order they are received. All orders are completed with the best available seats. All sales are final. No refunds are available. Single ticket holders will be charged $2 to exchange tickets, which must be returned to the Box Office 24 hours before curtain time and can only be exchanged for a ticket to another performance of the same show. Tickets may be picked up during box office hours.

Payment Types
Cash, Check (with valid ID, $20 return fee), Mastercard and Visa ($4 handling fee), Money Order payable to Bristol Valley Theater.
The Box Office is currently closed for the season.
Group Rates
Special ticket prices are available for groups of 15 or more. Take advantage of terrific savings, and free bus parking to complete your group's "BVT experience"
A 15 person minimum is required for booking groups. A 15% deposit is required immediately upon booking. Full payment needs to be submitted 4 weeks prior ot the performance date.
