Apprentice Program auditions
Auditions will be held for Bristol Valley Theater's Summer Apprentice Program on Saturday May 8 from 3- 4:30 p.m. at the theater, 151 South Main Street in Naples.
The program, for students ages 11 - 17, is a 7-week intensive which touches on all aspects of theater--with an emphasis on performing. Apprentices meet Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. for classes, workshops with the BVT professional artists, and rehearsals of two shows performed at Bristol Valley Theater and around the region in July and August.
Students who wish to audition should prepare either a short--1 minute-- poem or monologue to perform. This can be memorized OR read from the page. Auditioners will be seen on a first come, first served basis, no appointment is necessary. An application form is available here. Further information is available here.
