Group Rates:
Special ticket prices are available for groups of 15 or more. Take advantage of terrific savings, free bus parking, great local restaurants and backstage activities. The bus driver and group leader receive complimentary tickets. For more information call 585-374-9032.

General Ticket Policy:
The Box Office staff will always complete your order with the best available seats. All sales are final. Refunds are not available. Single ticket holders will be charges a $3 fee for exchange of tickets, and tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance. Unclaimed, unpaid tickets will be released for sale 10 minutes prior to curtain time (at the discretion of the management)

Subscribers:
Can't make your scheduled performance? For members and subscribers, just give us 24 hours notice and you may exchange your tickets at no extra charge for another performance of the same production. (Subject to availability)
